i wouldn't use that quote a lot, my friend.
i get what it/you're trying to say with it. but it implies God is caged and under our mercy.
a caged lion is a weak and pathetic one.
idk about you, but that analogy doesn't sound right to me.

technically, said lion would indeed need our help
unless it wants to chill out in captivity like a total dork and you know no lion wants to do that
other lions they come up to that cage and they say "dude stop being a cuck" and that lion would be sad
but the lion wont be sad because the lion will be able to get out of the cage thanks to us
but it still needs that help dog

but i aint lettin that lion out
that lion wanna eat me dude
Id have to be crazy to let that lion free man like what the heck I aint got no death wish

I see God's glory everywhere and I will keep telling people that. But Jesus says many times in the gospels about people having faith and I can't speak for Him but many times when I read His word and people don't have faith, He sounds disappointed but I can't speak for Him. He comissions the disciples to go and make disciples of all nations. To spread the good news. Athiests don't understand because of their hearts being closed. But they see God's glory everywhere. God wants us to have faith and trust Him. Jesus says blessed are those who believe without seeing. I keep praying though for everyone to come to Jesus.

To be fair, nothing can be proven. At all. So anyone saying they need proof of anything is pretty much stupid.

Still waiting for someone to explain to me how it's known how fast the speed of light is, when light is the fastest thing known to man (as they say). You can't measure light with light to see the speed. That's not it should work.

No, trying to prove "god" is more like drawing a square circle.

no one can actually prove or disprove god´s existence, i know that, but i think, for good.

everybody has to decide for their own, if he/she believes in god´s existence or not.

Well, yes. Proving or disproving is impossible. But the two propositions are not equal in likelihood or value.

I definitely agree on the last point, though. Sadly, many christians do not.

Love this, and feel like it's something I really need to hear at times! I talk to atheists all the time about the evidence for God, and it can just get overwhelming. It feels like there's so much responsibility when really you just need to plant a seed.

Love this!!!!! I can tell you from experience this is completely true!!! When you try to argue with people, it doesn't accomplish much. Its just playing into their mind games. You can't force anyone to accept it. But refuse to argue with them they will run out of things to say. Let them know the REAL good news of Christ. You are a witness. Witnesses don't tell the jury what to believe. They tell them what they know.

Here is some evidence for you. You may say it is a coincidence, but that would be highly improbable (I know this because I am studying to be a clinical pathologist). My cousin and his wife are missionaries to Malawi, Africa. His wife got extremely ill. They took her to a very good hospital (I say it was very good to point out that it was not a primitive hospital you would expect). They ran blood tests and found out that she had two diseases, Typhoid and Malaria. Typhoid is the most extreme form of Salmonella (Salmonella Typhi), it causes severe swelling of the GI tract, stomach pains, severe vomiting and diarrhea, and persistent fevers of 102-104 degrees Fahrenheit. Malaria is a disease caused by the parasite plasmodium. Plasmodium is the world’s deadliest parasite, it kills millions of people a year. Malaria causes fever of 100-106 degrees Fahrenheit, damage to red blood cells (which causes anemia), and damage to the liver. Both of these pathogens were working together against this woman’s body. Fighting both infections, her temperature was above 107 degrees Fahrenheit. Sadly for her, the malaria infection went to her brain, causing a condition known as Cerebral Malaria. She started having hemorrhagic seizures. Since her brain was swollen from the malaria, her brain had no room as it banged against her skull. She was bleeding out of her eyes, nose, mouth and ears, a sign of significant brain damage. She was pronounced dead. They prayed for her in Jesus’ name, and she arose out of the hospital bed. She had been dead for around 15 minutes. The doctors were amazed. They tested her again, and she tested negitive for both diseases. This is scientifically and medically impossible. Typhoid can take months of antibiotics to kill and malaria stays in the body for years, sometimes for the rest of the hosts’ life (even with anti-malarial drugs). The chances of surviving typhoid is about 75%, classic malaria it’s about 50/50, and cerebral malaria is about 20%. But the chances of surviving typhoid and both types of malarial infections at the same time is less than 1%. And keep in mind she is alive after dying, another medical improbability. And her brain is fully functional after a complete lack of oxygen for more than 15 minutes, another medical improbibility. After calculating all of these improbabilities, what are the chances that she arose right after they prayed for her?

Sorry pal, but that still doesn't prove the existence of god. There are plenty of things that we don't understand in science or the world for that matter, just because we don't know why or how something works, doesn't mean it was god. Also why did god just heal her? Why not all the other THOUSANDS of people who suffer from fatal diseases, I'm sure people prayed for them too right? I guess they didn't pray hard enough. God sure has a sick sense of humor.

Her recovery defies all Pathological laws. Cellular regeneration has been disproven, cells cannot just spring back to life. Once a cell dies, it is gone for good. For her to be alive, all of her brain cells, most of her neurons and a good number of RBCs and WBCs would have to spontaneously regenerate, which does not happen.
And God (capitalized because it is the name of an indevidual) does heal many people. I know two people that were dead but they are alive now after prayer. My great aunt had a stroke and was medically dead for 10 minutes, they prayed for her and now she's 87 years old and still kicking. Dr. Lee Stoneking had a heart attack in an airport, and he fell and hit his temple on the concrete floor. He was dead. On his way to the Hospital, hes heart and brain started to function again.
God heals many people, He just won't work when there is not enough faith. You have to believe that you will be healed. That is what the Bible says.
I shouldn't really try to convince you of God's existance anyway, because the Bible also says that even if the dead was raised in God's name right in front of a nonbeliever, he still would not believe.

God knows when He is not wanted, He will not be in someone's life if they don't want Him.
If God be God, my friend; you have a right not to believe. I don't simply believe in God, I know He is there. I don't expect you to believe me. But know that I am a very rational person who believes wholeheartedly in the reason and facts of science. But I also know that there is a God that can bend those laws.
Like I said, if God be God.

I’m not trying to prove anything with this stamp, I’m just trying to show the video =P

About evidence, there’s plenty of it, but since you already convinced yourself that there is no God, you turn your back to it.

For example: There’s archeological evidence. The cities, countries, people in the bible are real, the historical accuracy in the bible, all the prophesies that were fulfilled etc. are proof of the power and inerrancy of God’s word.

But the ‘proof’ varies from people to people. While some people are satisfied with subtle evidence others need something more shocking. Not all believers ‘believe’ with ‘blind’ faith. It may start like that for some, but there’s always the reward of ‘proof’. ^^

You're absolutely right, Proof is in our hearts, I'm not to believe in MAN, they are as much as a sinner as I am, they can use their words to attract millions and they can say 'this' or they can say 'that', everybody is a liar so why should I trust humans about my faith? I believe in God and Jesus...That'll do for me!

There is zero historical evidence he existed and two Popes said he did not.

In fact, the 25th of December is not even the possible date of his birth.
Lambs are born in the spring, not the winter. So the manger scene is already off task...AND the 25th of December is a Roman Empire holiday.

Get'yer facts straight.

Hmm... Actually this is quite a funny claim. I reviewed the Popes of my Mother Church from Peter to Benedict but I found none of them claimed that Christ did not exist. Are you relying on third-party information yourself?

If you don't trust Christian sources, I advice you to read PAGAN or NON CHRISTIAN SOURCES ON THE EXISTENCE OF JESUS.

Go and get unbias research on the works of:

1. PLINY THE YOUNGER- A roman historian

2. TACITUS- A roman historian. He was describing Nero's persecution of christians because of a man called " CHRISTUS".

3. SUETONIUS - His book "Lives of the 12 Ceasars"

Or the writings of a Jewish Historian named

FLAVIUS JOSEPHUS -Book: JEWISH ANTIQUITIES or his

TESTIMUNIUM FALVIANUM

The Roman empire's latter form circulated around Christianity (politically) and do you think that the Romans (among the most sophisticated race of their time) are such dumb/ignorant people to believe in anything outside their already-existing pagan pantheon.

The martyrs would not have died such horrible death if they did not have firsthand witness of the works and deeds someone like Christ's.

The Gospel of Luke did not mention the birth of any sheep? Where are you getting that? (that was bias) You may claim that it was unlikely that the shepherds are tending sheep in the winter night. Why? It was a time of the census with lots of people, don't you think that these shepherds were forced to spend overtime with their duty to help supplicate the people? All in all, Luke the Evangelist is INFALLIBLE as a witness to the Salvation and not as a historian. Luke was a doctor anyway and not a historian.

And don't get the Church wrong. No one knows the true date of Christmas either. December 25 was among the dates of the solstice and the Roman pagan were forcing people in Rome to worship the sun - including the Christians-in-disguised. To prevent persecution, they simply joined with the pagans but continued worshiping Christ within themselves during the festival, thus formulating the tradition of Christmas in the later days of the Church.

If you still won't believe any of this, I have one quote for you:

"To one with faith, no explanation is necessary. To one without faith, no explanation is possible." by Thomas of Aquinas.

You are free to chose what to do and what to believe in but not its consequences.

See yah.
